For Hot Use:
Hot water: bring water to 158℃ (70℃), remove from heat and immerse the gel pack for approximately 10 minutes. After 10 minutes check every 1 minute to ese if the ideal temperature has been reached. Please use caution when handling pack to check the temperature.
For Cold use:
Store pack in freezer so that it is ready for use when required. Pack requires at least one hour to freeze.
